Google+ App for Android now supports Hashtags for streams

Two days ago the desktop version of Google+ was completely redesigned and following that Google released an updated version of Google+ for Android. The new update brings supports for #hashtags in your streams, allowing in stream search capability for the most trending stuff.
Google has also improved the sharing support for 3rd Party apps and fixed some bugs as they always do with each release to make the app better. The app is now available for download at Google Play Store, and it should be supported by all Android devices.
